BBQ with John Reit
Everything you wanted to cook on a BBQ but were reluctant to try
Presented by John Reit local BBQ expert and teacher for the last five years.
John will do a demonstration cooking class on how to BBQ unique items. Featured will be prime rib, whole turkey, pork loin, rack of lamb, and lobster. Cooked items will be sampled after the cooking. Actual count of items cooked will be dependant on class size, estimated five hours in duration.

John Reit's BBQ Boot Camp
Be comfortable at home with your barbeque grill and smoke cooker during this hands-on class. Participation and applications, type of charcoal, fire control, meat preparation and food handling safety using a Weber Kettle, BBQ, water smoker and more. Recipes for award winning pork ribs, delicious tri-tip, yard bird and south slow cooking specialties will be provided.**
