Everything you wanted to cook on a BBQ but were reluctant to try
Presented by John Reit local BBQ expert and teacher for the last five years.
John will do a demonstration cooking class on how to BBQ unique items. Featured will be prime rib, whole turkey, pork loin, rack of lamb, ham and lobster. Cooked items will be sampled after the cooking. Actual count of items cooked will be dependant on class size, estimated five hours in duration.

Fee: $10 and $35 for materials fee paid to instructor for food, supplies and handouts.
**Assistant instructors are Chris Reit and Andrew Reit. Upon registration, directions to the West Redding class location and a list of student supplies will be provided.
